Mr. Harold Shoo is a distinguished entrepreneur and business leader, serving as the Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of HARSHO GROUP. With a Diploma in Business Management from the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies and a Certificate in Microsoft Office Programs, QuickBooks, Internet, and Web Networks, he possesses a robust educational foundation that complements his extensive experience.
Having amassed 26 years of expertise in business operation management and marketing, both domestically and internationally, Mr. Shoo excels in the manufacturing industry and overall business operations. His entrepreneurial spirit is characterized by an ability to thrive under pressure, demonstrating efficiency and a strong focus on task performance.
Mr. Shoo has successfully advanced the performance of HARSHO GROUP through the effective implementation of the company’s vision and mission, as well as by setting clear short, medium, and long-term goals. A Tanzanian national residing in Kilimanjaro, he remains committed to driving his companies toward sustained success.

Mrs. Mary-Grace Shoo is a distinguished Co-founder and Director of HARSHO GROUP, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in the daily implementation of the company’s vision, mission, and goals. With an Honour Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Cambridge International College, along with a Diploma in Sales & Marketing and a Certificate in Microsoft Office, Design, and Account Programs from Kilimanjaro Information Technology, she possesses a robust academic foundation.
Mrs. Shoo brings over 15 years of experience in business management, which equips her with the expertise to navigate the challenges of the corporate environment. Her extensive knowledge and skills contribute significantly to the strategic growth and operational efficiency of HARSHO GROUP.
